In traditional therapeutic use, pure honey is recommended in cases of throat infections, coughs, flu, colds, or respiratory diseases in general. It improves respiratory capacity, has a restorative effect on sleep, and increases respiratory function by cleaning the air passages to the lungs. Pure honey prevents the formation of blood clots, reduces oxidative stress, and improves blood flow through the circulatory system. It is of great benefit in treating blood pressure as it significantly reduces the accumulation of cholesterol and triglycerides. DOSAGE AND RECOMMENDATIONS.
